Family Fun

On a windy Manitoba day I met this lovely family at the park for some family pictures.  The kids were easy going and helped me to find spots to take the pictures.  It was fun to see them get into the process.

The H Family

It was such a pleasure to work with this family!  I LOVE babies and I have never met a more content little one.  She was quiet and happy just to look at me while I snapped pictures.  The family was so easy and relaxed, making my job a breeze.  Thanks again H family!  :)

 

 

I had the chance to hang out with this beautiful family and snap some pictures.  They were so easy going, full of smiles and laughs.  I was so excited that we caught the beautiful fall leaves too since fall in Manitoba can be a really short.

 

 

 

First Maternity Post

I was so happy when my cousin asked me to take some pictures of her growing belly!  Her son also joined us and he was such a sweetie! This was my very first maternity photo shoot and I had a great time. It was a beautiful fall day and there were lots of smiles to go around.

 

 

Beach Bums

This summer we were at the beach as many times as possible.  With such a short summer we had to soak in every warm moment!

Mother Daughter

Sometimes things don't work exactly they way you want, so you have to adapt.  That is what this photo shoot taught me.  Little Miss was not too happy about having her picture taken.  She's two, what do we expect!

 

 

 

 

But with the help of a colourful toy, some sweet treats and patience I was able to get some great pictures of her and her beautiful mommy.

 

Horses

I find horses to be stunning and beautiful!  I have always wanted to photograph them, and the opportunity came a few weeks ago.  It had been a rainy cold day and that evening the moisture was still hanging in the air creating an amazing fog.

These horses were so tame and friendly.  They trotted right up to me and one even let me pet him.  It really made my day!
