Fall in Manitoba is always a very short season.  But we tried to make the most of it.  And that meant playing in a big pile of leaves.  These girls had so much fun jumping and throwing the leaves around and it made for some fun beautiful pictures.

 

 

Changes in the Air

Fall is my favorite season to photograph.  There is so much colour and beauty eveywhere.

 

 

 

Corn Maze

Our family visited a corn maze and petting zoo a few weeks ago.  I was excited to see a horse there as I have wanted to photograph horses for some time now.  I think they are beautiful animals.  The kids ran themselves tired in the maze and it was an all around good evening!

 

 

 

 

Signs of Fall

Our wonderful fun filled summer has passed and fall quickly approaches.  Cool weather has come to stay, bails have been stacked, leaves start to change and the new school year begins.

Fresh Picked Rose

This week my husband and I celebrate 9 years of marriage.  I came home yesterday to find a single rose on the kitchen island, fresh picked, not store bought!  Such a simple thing and yet it warmed my heart.  I wish I could include the beautiful smell with the pictures.... so fresh and fragrant!

 

Clear Lake Manitoba

My family and I recently took a trip to Clear Lake Manitoba.  Of course I had to bring along my camera and take advantage of the new surroundings.

 

One afternoon my daughter spotted a bear right outside our cabin.  I ventured outside to snap a few pictures.  It was the highlight of her whole trip!
