First Maternity Post

I was so happy when my cousin asked me to take some pictures of her growing belly!  Her son also joined us and he was such a sweetie! This was my very first maternity photo shoot and I had a great time. It was a beautiful fall day and there were lots of smiles to go around.

 

 

Beach Bums

This summer we were at the beach as many times as possible.  With such a short summer we had to soak in every warm moment!

Mother Daughter

Sometimes things don't work exactly they way you want, so you have to adapt.  That is what this photo shoot taught me.  Little Miss was not too happy about having her picture taken.  She's two, what do we expect!

 

 

 

 

But with the help of a colourful toy, some sweet treats and patience I was able to get some great pictures of her and her beautiful mommy.

 

Horses

I find horses to be stunning and beautiful!  I have always wanted to photograph them, and the opportunity came a few weeks ago.  It had been a rainy cold day and that evening the moisture was still hanging in the air creating an amazing fog.

These horses were so tame and friendly.  They trotted right up to me and one even let me pet him.  It really made my day!

 

Family Photos

I was lucky enough to be able to photograph this beautiful family.  I was thankful for the chance to get some more practice and they were really easy on me.  Lots of smiles and easy going!

I was reminded again how much I love to take pictures!  And I know that one day down the road I will be so glad that I have so many pics of my girls when they were small.  Little B was so willing to sit for me again, and full of smiles too.
